About Sports Medicine

The mission of the athletic training department at Allen High School is to enhance the quality of health care provided by certified athletic trainers and to advance the athletic training profession. It is also the mission of the athletic training department to facilitate the educational development of the student athletic training aid through clinical and site instruction. The primary purpose of a board-certified and licensed athletic trainer is to work toward the prevention, care, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries sustained by AHS student-athletes.
