Future Ready Friday - Uzma Rehmatullah

FutureReadyFriday is a highlight of our seniors and their future plans. This highlight is about Uzma Rehmatullah.

Uzma Rehmatullah, a senior at Allen High School, has made a significant impact through her involvement in the WINGS Program and various peer leadership activities. Her dedication and leadership have not only enriched the school community but have also prepared her for her next journey. Uzma plans to attend the University of Oklahoma, where she will major in public relations, a field that matches her skills and interests.

Her favorite memory from Allen High School involves hosting the talent show and her role as a PAL during her junior year. These experiences allowed her to showcase her leadership skills and create lasting memories with her peers. Uzma believes that Allen High School has provided her with the tools necessary for success, including the importance of passion, organization, and responsibility. These lessons came from her active engagement in school programs and dual credit classes, which have prepared her for the academic challenges ahead.

To new students at Allen High School, Uzma's advice is simple: "Just have fun and talk to as many people as possible. You can never have too many friends or experiences."

As Uzma looks forward to her time at the University of Oklahoma, she carries with her the lessons learned and the friendships made at Allen High School, ready to embrace the future with open arms.
