The mission of the Allen ISD Advanced Academics program is to identify and support students with high academic potential in order to provide them access to rigorous instruction through advanced coursework, robust learning experiences, and engaging enrichment programs while nurturing healthy social and emotional development. 

Allen High School offers an array of advanced academic opportunities including Gifted and Talented Services(GT), Advanced Courses(previously Pre-AP/IB), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Advanced Placement(AP). As a district, we have a long-standing tradition of providing all students access to rigorous coursework and challenging activities designed to provide them with the skills needed to succeed both in Allen ISD and beyond.
