Requesting to Pay for a Diploma Remake for Alumni Students

**Alumni/Graduated = The student does NOT currently attend AHS**

By completing this form, you are requesting another copy of your high school DIPLOMA (not a transcript).

Please note that diploma requests will not be proceed during any AISD breaks (ie: Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break)

Please note that Jostens charges a $35 remake fee per diploma request (price subject to change). Upon completion of the request form, Jostens will contact you regarding payment.

A diploma is a certificate awarded by an educational establishment to show that someone has successfully completed a course of study.

A transcript is an official document that shows the courses you have taken, the grades earned, date of graduation (if an alumni), and a cumulative GPA.
