Tutoring Center

Welcome to the AHS Tutoring Center!

Location: Upper Library B209

The Tutoring Center supports students during their Privilege Period in the core subject areas. The Tutoring Center was implemented in 2019 as a way to provide core content academic support throughout the school day. Students can meet with core content teachers or Eagle Tutors (student tutors) to assist with homework questions, prepare for upcoming assessments, or general questions about core content. Note: English and Social Studies Tutoring is available in Academic Monitoring classrooms throughout the day (see Tutoring Center schedule below).

Tutoring is available in the last 45 minutes of each Privilege Period (check schedule for 1st and 8th period times).

Students coming from Privilege Period to the Tutoring Center must sign up through Calendly.
The confirmation after they sign up will be their pass to get them from Privilege to the Tutoring Center.
They will have this “pass” either on their phone, or on their device.
Students who are in AM during that period will not need to sign up through Calendly (they will already be in the Intervention Hub located in the Upper Library.)
Once students get to the Upper Library, they will scan the QR code to sign into the Tutoring Center.
