The mission of the Allen ISD library media program ensures that students and staff are effective and ethical consumers and producers of ideas and information; empowering the learning community to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, and lifelong learners.

ERECKSON MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY HOURS:

The library is open Monday - Friday from 7:55 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
CIRCULATION:

Checkout Limits - 3 books, for 3 weeks. 

LOST/DAMAGED BOOKS:

If a book is lost, the replacement cost is paid by the person to whom the book is checked out. A fee is also charged for books that are damaged while they are checked out to the student. The fees vary according to the amount of damage. If the book is damaged so severely that it can not be returned to the shelves, the fee will be the full replacement cost of the book.

In the case that a lost book has been paid for and later found, the replacement fee will be returned to the student.
