Ereckson Middle School seventh graders recently displayed their creativity and knowledge during a special human anatomy exhibit at the school. The students in gifted and talented science classes produced displays and activities designed to describe how the human body functions. The projects included explanations of the circulatory, respiratory, immune, and digestive systems – among others -- through inventive exhibits and games.

Students collected cereal boxes for two months to create a cereal box domino fall that circled the entire campus building. The Curtis and Ereckson Middle School Math and Science Teams recently competed in the Welcome to the Texas Math and Science Coaches Association (TSMCA) Invitational Meet with Ereckson winning the Sweepstakes award and four event categories. Curtis came in second in the Sweepstakes. Ereckson won first place in all four team events - General Math, Calculator Applications, Number Sense and Science.
